SOLITEM group offers various system solutions for a variety of supply tasks. From steam supply and steam generation, space heating, cooling and air conditioning to complex Combined Heat, Cooling and Power Plants, the SOLITEM systems always present an economically attractive and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional systems. Process steam generation:

The parabolic trough collector systems of SOLITEM can be operated in the so called "Solo-Operation" with a downstreamed steam generator in order to generate process steam on the basis of solar energy only. In this system saturated steam up to 7 bar is feasible. Several consumers like laundries or paper-, textile- and food industry can be delivered reliably by the SOLITEM-technology.

Solar Cooling:

The SOLITEM-Technology is also applicable to offer minus temperatures and to operate a cooling system that way. In this case the double effect absorption chiller used in the system for solar air conditioning is replaced by a single effect absorption chiller, which has the ability of reaching the required low temperature level.

The SOLITEM PTC Parabolic Trough Collectors offer several enormous advantages compared to flat plate collectors: They can reach for example much higher temperatures and thus allow solar energy based steam generation.
